Our adult classes provide an opportunity for men and women of all ages and fitness levels to train in a fun, safe and challenging environment.
Basic classes for beginning students teach fundamental movement in kickboxing and provide practical self-defense training. With these foundational skills in place, students are able to experience more in-depth instruction covering a wide range of techniques, choreographed forms and weapons training.
Martial arts training offers a wider range of benefits than the local health club because it provides both mental and physical elements.
